Carson is exercising his independence by picking out his own PJs. And check out those awesome sheepskin slippers! Those were a gift from Daddy (to Mommy, of course!)

Fun at Freddies!

My dear friend Dina invited Carson and I out for a fun lunch at Freddies! I had never been there and will definitely be going back! Its a great indoor/outdoor restaurant which is what they call "dog/child/small, furry mammals friendly". I can't wait to go back with Brian and Luke!!!

I snapped this pic because Carson was just walking around watching some kids play while holding his hands behind his back. Too cute! I just wonder what was going through his head.

Easter 2010

This year's Easter was so much fun now that Carson is a little older to enjoy it. Although it was a rainy day, we enjoyed a great day home as a family.

Carson wasn't quite sure what to think about the Easter basket.

So he went straight for his Sponge Bob ball!

And then he dug in for the goodies! The Easter bunny just loved the sports eggs.

And so did Carson!

Not sure if he liked that it was a basketball...or more because it had a jelly bean in it!

What other goodies are in here?

We had the Easter egg hunt after nap time since the weather was so bad. The sun came out long enough for a hunt on the porch.

Carson loved hunting for eggs...especially the ones with jelly beans! He thought the ones that didn't make sound didn't have a treat in them. He soon found out there were "choo choo" stickers in them.

I just love this face!

The day before Easter we went to the neighborhood Easter egg hunt. Here is Carson meeting the Easter bunny for the first time.
