Wanna play some basketball?

Ever since Daddy came home with this basketball hoop, this has become a nightly activity. Carson loves to "ride horsey" but he especially loves to ride horsey AND play basketball!

He shoots...

He scores!!!!

And he does it all over again...and again, and again.

What do we do when we go to the Ranch??

You may ask, what is it that we do at the ranch....well, we do a little bike riding (holding a golf club and ball, of course!!!)...

We call the horses in for treats....

We pet the new pet hampster (who happened to have babies a couple days after getting them)....

And give kisses...of course!

Then its time to go out and throw rocks...what else?!?!

Carson had a run-in with a cactus and the cactus won. No pictures of that event. Memaw and I were too busy with a pair of tweezers. Not a pretty site. But Carson was a trooper!!!

Trash the Dress!!

Baseball season has begun!

This past Saturday we enjoyed a beautiful day at the ballpark! Hopefully the first of many this baseball season. This weekend Concordia University had their season opener at Georgetown. Concordia's Head Coach -Tommy Boggs and First Assistant - Scott Shepperd, are friends of ours.

Carson loved being outside and especially watching baseball. He was so into it! He was actually pretending to hold a bat and would swing just as the pitcher was throwing to the plate. That's our boy!

I just had to share this video. Carson and Luke play so well together. But I really think Luke is finally warming up to having a little friend around. The ear pulling and hugging was getting a little old. But now that Carson can actually play with him, Luke is loving it! Try your best to ignore my high pitched voice in this video :-)
